i apologize in advance for more dance drama discussion,
so, after kind of strange interactions with "Trey" at the brewery, and my Facebook message wondering if it had anything to do with another dance studio, and he didn't really answer, and then his sweet, apologetic behavior at the next dance event, he hasn't been teaching classes in a while. Okay. Maybe it has nothing to do with me.
So, I had visited some more dance classes while I was taking a break from Trey. Felt upset at seeing dancers I remembered from the old studio, and they just kind of looked at and didn't say hi during the big social. Had a nightmare, and thought well, this can't get any worse, so I may as well visit another dance class where I knew two instructors I remembered were teaching. A Facebook friend had been inviting me and I wanted to check it out. An instructor I remember from "Studio X" insisted all newcomers dance in his class, and politely asked "what was your name again?" And was very nice and attentive. The Facebook friend (sort of a sleazy French guy) didn't ask me to dance. So, I wonder why they keep inviting me. I'm sort of curious and distrustful and fascinated. But I have to be careful with triggering PTSD. Whatever did happen at the dance studio, and I wish it wasn't real, it did trigger my PTSD. But my immersion idea worked and I didn't have nightmares again. Maybe it's better now.
