i walked home 3 miles after helping mom shop. feeling really lonely.
I hiked roughly 2 miles today.
A couple of coworkers from my college called to chat on the phone, so that was nice. I'm thinking that if I didn't live alone, I might have had help getting to the dr for x-rays by now.
On the other hand, though it hurts a lot and constantly my layperson's diagnosis is that it's a sprain like it was last year, not a broken bone.
I'm kind of miffed that this happened working out at the gym, because I did a month of physical therapy first just so I wouldn't hurt myself starting exercise.
I walked about 2.5 miles today.
Still doing the sun salutation. Noticing how little strength I have in my arms.
I walked 2 miles. Feeling depressed and lonely.
I went to my appointment with my psychiatrist on my cane today, without using my crutches, which was a walk! It wasn't a workout and it wasn't 1.5 miles like your walk was, but I'm hoping I can get back to the gym. I lost 10lbs since starting there, and I hope I don't gain them back. Plus, though I live alone working out at the gym helps me with stress and gives me a more positive outlook every time.
I have a blister from where the brace for my sprain rubbed my ankle, and it got a little infected. I want to be sure it's ok tomorrow for me to put sweat socks on over it with sneakers so I can work out. Fingers crossed.
I swam at the rec center. I'm depressed and haven't lost any weight. Even though I'm cutting back on sweets too.
Feeling really lonely. I'll see young adults walking and get really depressed. I never fit in. Will take a higher dose of meds tonight.
