I walked a mile today.
I do boxing and kickboxing too, honestly it doesn't work as well for my PTSD as the long jogs and swims. But i do it only because its very challenging. I feel like if i quit i'm a quitter punk. lol.....
I literally collapsed from kidney disease and never got my legs back, though, and walked on a cane because of nerve damage from age 52 to age 60 this past May. Down here in Mexico I've been forcing myself to walk without a cane. It's mostly worked out, though I had a really nasty fall on my face on the city's main pedestrian street, the "andador" last week.
Rizen, I've never asked you how you measure your walking distance so precisely. Do you have a walking odometer you wear? If so, how much do they cost and where did you get it?
