4 o'clock am I cut myself a little. Between therapist and pdoc I cut myself some slightly in the car. Now I did a picture in half charcoal and half blood. It is not bleeding now. Have to get in a few hours. Have not res so I am 3 to stay awake if I can.

I wrote that earlier and fell to sleep gor little in car. Time to grt cleamed up forwork.

That's what we're here for. A safe place to dump the toxic sludge, so it doesn't poison us...

Go gentle on yourself. My PTSD is kicking this week, and I had to see my p-doc on emergency basis yesterday just to be sure I was "touching base" and getting feedback on how to cope....

Dump away, cj. Graphic allowed. There is more room outside than inside, so let it rip. It really does seem to help and everybody here needs that freedom. The methane accumulates to explosive levels when we don't vent it. Did you know that venting methane is the single largest problem in landfill management. Well... second only to managing consumers who want the right to produce epic levels of trash while denying their contribution to the problem...

Hope getting it out helped.

    My day...today...misplaced my debit card...didn't realize it until I got to the register after shopping to a full cart.  Used a different debit card and pulled apart everything looking for missing debit card before I left parking lot.  Got home, dropped keys.
