Validating Anger 3 - Nerd Alert

arfie
I had a VERY productive day today. Lots of vigorous exercise which successfully worked the adrenaline out of my system and I was able to finish every job I started. Despite a bit of triggering over a proper labeling debate, I was able to stay on task all day. Still not too confident I will be able to make my way out to the garage to fix the tractor tomorrow, but 1) Progress over perfection and 2) Still could happen. I still can't predict what will get me past my brain freeze. Maybe I should be calling it, "Vapor Lock." When the bubble breaks and the flow is restored, it happens quick as a pop. It never seems to happen as slow as a thaw.
Anyhoo... Here in "Validating Anger 3" I am branching out to published sources on handling anger issues. Hoping for some group contributions. Here be the starter article:

I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
Glad to hear that you had a good productive day today. Yes, the important thing to focus on and cherish is that progress was made. Every day, we are in constant progress in healing.
Great timing for the article on anger. I was hoping to find some resources on here. I haven't found many good ones on the internet. I'll have another look again when I'm not so triggered :)

" I was able to finish every job I started."
That's huge for me anyway, whether the jobs are big or small!
Small steps.
