Trying something new and other shite

So I wanna do an experiment. For 3 weeks I wanna keep clean. My physical self, as well as where I live. I'm not a dirty person, but I'm a teen my room is a mess haha. My best friends boyfriend has depression because of his family and he says keeping his room and car clean as well as cooking helps. I'm trying to find new activities that I can do that don't cost to much, so help maybe. Also im unusually depressed. I'm trying to talk to my friends where I live but they just don't really wanna hang. I can't hang out with anyone because they're busy. I'm just lonely. I WANT GOOD FRIENDS WHO ARE MY AGE!!!
Anyway thanks,
Shu

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
A cleaner living space and personal hygiene were changes which are still benefiting me more than I can say. When I am cycling through my psycho weirds and/or the world around me is spinning out of control, the simple little things it takes to clean and ply self-care stabilize me tremendously.
Keep us posted, Shu.
I think like you do that our outer world has an effect on our inner world. So simple things like keeping my bed made and dishes done, things picked up, all of that lack of clutter helps my mind have lack of clutter. It's hard enough sorting through the clutter of PTSD in my mind, I don't need to add to it.
Good luck with carrying through your plans for improving life around you.
