Hey everyone, I was wondering what kinds of self-care tips you have for the anniversary of your trauma. Mine is tomorrow and I'd really like to take it easy. Any ideas?

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

I feared my anniversary for about three years as I seemed to go a bit crazy at these times, but haven't paid any attention to it since, so can't tell you if that is still true
