Today I am in a lot of pain. I don't know which is worse the pain I feel In my head or jaw or fingers or knees. And I am freezing which doesn't help. The good news this week I see my second opinion specialist. Sadly it may be the last visit. I go back to my current rhemotogist. Once I see my current rhemotogist I will determine what next. I wish life was simpler.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I’m sorry you’re in so much pain & dealing with health issues. I really understand & empathize
Im going to light a candle for you today
Sending lots of support & many prayers
Big hug <3
Muji I emailed my rhemotogist and no response as yet. It been two days. However I have an appointment with her next week. An nurse practitioners did a zoom meeting with me on Saturday and she seems surprised that I am not giving any pain meds.
But I kinda understand my rhemotogist because I don't do go with meds therefore she doesn't know what to give me plus I am not a candidate for PT.
I know with ptsd/cptsd it really can make the pain worse as the tension can increase your pain and the pain can increase your anxiety - a truly tough combination.
I say hugs that won't hurt as I cannot be hugged - hugs hurt. The kind we give one another her don't hurt though : ) so extra hugs and another person praying that your doctor may see what is causing the problems and be able to diagnose and treat. xxx
so sorry you are suffering.
sending gentle hugs and will be praying for you.
It feels like my body is on fire with pain, I just order tylenol arthritis. I am on so much meds but I hurt so badly
Some of the tools I've learned to help with ptsd help with pain too, sometimes.
Breathing techniques, sometimes stretching a little bit - if it won't make you hurt more. It's tricky stuff and that old "all good things in moderation" is a good thing to remember.
It might help to remember too that I am 64 so, I've been needing to figure this out for a lonnnnnng time now : )
I've had so much help from fellow ptsd members... hot packs, cold packs - I use pillows to help stretch my neck in different positions and it often helps it go back in place without the chiropractor. I haven't been to a chiropractor for many years. I really need to now ;(
Thanks for asking. Yes I am not pain free but now much bearable. Yesterday I had a hard day but sat on a SS Support group and was thankful to have. The main speaker who is a specialist spoke and explained trigger and then I remembered why I was in severe pain but the good thing as he stated once trigger leave system body start going back to normal. Not that there is any real normal for me because I have so many illnesses etc. But yes I am much better than the last few days. Now I think I learned my lesson. Which is sugar and autoimmune issues are deadly. I am smiling now but I had a slice of chocolate cake. Please don't ask me why? When in 2019 I was warn never to have sweet due to extreme pain. I learned my lesson I thought until I had that chocolate cake. I need to remember the last few days moving forward when I for good reason decided to eat sugar. But on the good note I have not had sugar since December last year I think.
