I wanted to give you a suggestion, listening to music sometimes can help a lot to relieve emotion, maybe that will help you feel better. Hope everything turns out alright

Don't let your abuser take away your joy. Don't let him continue to make you his victim. Don't give him the satisfaction. Take back your power! I hope you have found someone to help you deal with your abuse like a therapist or counselor. It really does help to talk to someone you don't know. There is no judgement and they will help you to find ways (instead of cutting) how to cope with the pain. Any time you get the urge to cut wait a minute and then another minute then take a walk or sing a song or call up a friend. You need a support group, someone who has been where you are. Please ask for help.
