I don't exactly understand why but this is such a hard time of the month for me. Every month for the last 8 years around the 15th through the 20th of the month my PTSD flares up. It tends to settle back down a couple days later, but I am back to having night terrors, trouble sleeping, and being jumpy and edgy. This month I actually forgot about the calendar date unti I woke up from a bad dream and saw the date. My doctor said that this just happens to some people. Some have yearly anniversary, I tend to cycle every month. It is exhausting and I am just counting down the days until the 20th is past. I am hoping to get some sleep tonight as I desperately need it. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I swear it is like clockwork every single month. Took me a while to figure out the pattern but once I did I just can't seem to get it to go away. But only a couple more days right and then I'll be feeling better. Hoping for some rest tonight.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

did i say, "nickel and dime?" i can't remember the last time i got out of a grocery store for less than a hundred dollars. car doctors haven't worked for nickels and dimes in **my** senior lifetime.
but that is me. . .
