At 60, it is still hard to channel my energy surges. I cannot know, but I do wonder if, at 60, I finally have the energy levels of a normal teenager. IF only I still had the physical strength. . . Not to wax youthenistic. Just trying to get a handle on this day's personal inventory. It remains a fact that my personal energy surges are unpredictable. My energy surges can jolt a kitten as easily as they can initialize a commercial AC compressor. The kitten just feels it differently. Poor kitty.
Electrical engineer I am not, but my general engineering/tree hugger background gives me a fair imagery set to visualize the massive power grid which keeps us in lights, refrigerators, computers, etc. Yesterday I began imagining that I am installing a transformer in the power lines that run between the various members of the current household. Only the DIL, grandson and I are boarding the train next week, but the two husbands we are leaving behind are also affected.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
