Morning inventory is looking another step toward functional. May be pulling out of the current episode. Insert superstitious gesticulation here. I like knocking wood. Wood spirits are my personal favorite piece of my Irish American heritage.
My words scramble unmercifully in my psychotic states. I often cannot even tell which language I am speaking. Confused looks from the people I talk to are among the nag flags which tell me to start polishing my psychotherapy toolbox. On-line reactions are harder to interpret, but. . .

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. You are a huge asset to this group, I notice when you aren't posting (I go through spurts of posting but read often). To me if you're able to put the feelers out and are self aware that you're off kilter then that's a good sign things are balancing. Best of luck Arfie.
Thanks guys. Feeling better today. I am currently on the Missouri side of Fort Defiance, my personal family grieving spot. Got the unsung poet, Big Brother, in the metaphorical passenger seat. So sorry for your life, Big Brother. I really do feel like he is finally free of the burden of our childhood and enjoying the trip with me.
