You are strong. Not just trying. Does sound like you need some medical help. Please get some. This is not your lifestyle. More healing and comforting hugs.

A good reason why won't help it *be over*. I let myself ask "Why?" I just try not to expect the answer to solve any of the problems attached. Explaining and healing are distinctly separate steps.

Believe in your strength, TAS.

stress can affect us in different ways depending on the situation your in. If your the bread winner of a family for example you could handle more stress because you must. if your single and alone stress can bother you more but you have more flexibility to fix it. so being alone makes stress more bothersome but it allows you more ways to get out of stress.where bread winners must endure it so most of the time they do, these people will suffer more in the long run if they dont adjust to the stress they have , so really most people have a threshold to which stress can be harmful. depending a lot on the person and the situation so if its making you sick time to reduce it by either meds or change in environment or both.but you must act if it affects your health because when you get sick it lowers your ability to handle stress which makes you sicker . then depression and anxiety may show up. its like one dominoe drops and the next one so on.
