I never was "brave" enough to try Martial Arts in spike heals, push-up bras or mini-skirts, but nobody I respect ever accused me of being a weakling. Not even when I was 50 pounds under-weight. The strength to show vulnerability has been my strictly personal challenge.
I am fairly well paralyzed this morning. My guit-chi inventory has not gotten past scales and rhythmic breathing. I have the hotel room door open to the crisp dawn breeze blowing in off the river. I am enjoying the birdsong coming in from the greenbelt outside my door, but none of the birds are coming over to say, "Howdy." Nah. I am not enjoying their song. Appreciation seems to be my best of the morning.
Meditations in progress.

I just hope that you take the time to get out and feel the air and feel the world, it does exist without all the home drama. It seems the floors there could use a good vacuuming of the eggshells.
Take off your shoes and feel the grass between your toes, maybe just a picnic instead of "work" today?
