This morning finds me wondering how much of my social anxiety is grown from self-defined stigma. When I am in isolation mode, I frequently pass on social interactions because, "They are just ______." I have a lengthy list of summaries to fill in that blank.
Is that stigma?

I never connected boundaries and repression before. Guess I think of boundaries as something I set with others and repression as something I do to myself. Maybe? New chew for me. . .

For sure, my personal PTSD blahs are no great respecters of boundaries. Down right rude by my ought measure. It's like my mind has a mind of its own.
