I am prepping through out the day creating paper snowflakes to hang around the ship. There I feel like the world is filled with wonder and friends that do understand. A beautiful boat created by us here at DS . At first we started the cruises with DarkGypsy's glitter sub. It swung the oceans and the universe. Equipped well by Scotty with warp drive....and of course the magic...

Then Lily found a boat and of was instilled with magic that can create that peaceful place that we are told to find to promote relaxation and just to breath. If you want for anything or special comforts , you need only blink blink and Calypso provides it.

I hope you feel better too, Doo. I had a doctors appointment today for 9:30. I made after checking the weather which was supposed to be better. I woke at 4:30 am, the snow was falling. But this is MI. So now that my running is done I might also cozy up with a movie or book.

"Woman Walks Ahead" has set on my list for awhile now.

Bonus my Girls scout cookies are in, anyone for a Do-si-do or Thinmint?

For some reason my sore throat has let up today, it was bad enough I had a difficult time talking. Hopefully it is something different. It really is a horrible sloppy mess now but so glad the snow is gone, as pretty as it was.

I have a long drive to the p-doc today so I am glad it cleared. He will be happy to know I am finally off the klonopin and followed his direction to taper down on the rest of the medication, again, for the final time. I am almost free except for the Lamictal to keep major depression away and a tiny dose of Seroquel for sleep. Yes.

I have been into a few new shows, one of them is New Amsterdam. Love it. I do not remember what is on tonight but I think there is something. LOL. Oh I love thinmints!

I never heard of New Amsterdam, so I'm glad to hear there's a show out there to look forward to. Nice.

Hope your drive to and from the pdoc went well, and your session was a good one. I see an eye doctor tomorrow, no big deal. It's gp and pdoc for me next week.

I have seen some recipes that substitute cauliflower and a small amount of gluten free flour for bread or crust. We have one pizza place that uses this. So maybe an alternate bagel recipe can be found. Any way anyone want to experiment?

The only bread I should have is sourdough. I looked for a recipe online and bagels are a hard to make. You have to make the dough, then kind of boil them, then bake them. Interesting anyway.

I had a cauliflower pizza crust and it was not too bad. You can pick up the crusts at places like Trader Joes Muji. Can you have gluten free stuff? I had a bagel and it wasn't super horrible.

"wasn't super horrible" sounds like the title of my life. After all how bad could it be if I am still here? Well that's either a testament of will or a series of miraculous sidesteps at opportune times.
I am feeling pretty charged right now. I did make it to the movie and seen Alita: Battle Angel. She a heart and a brain with nano-bionic body and a fighter. The Adrenalin touch is still buzzing in my veins!
