It's another sleepless night, wishing a spell would cast over me to send me into the unknown relm of dreams. I toss and turn as the memories of my tragic accident flood my head, what am I going to do, and why did I go through what I did, all questions that buzz in my brain. the feeling of numbness running through my brain and body, the pain still staying strong as it tears my mind apart peice by peice, will sleep ever come as I mutter over and over in my head. Sweet sweet sleep take me away to the relm of dreams, will I re-unite with the one I once lost not long ago, if only I could know. The darkness of the room plays tricks on my mind as I see the mangled wreck of what once was my car. The thoughts race through my mind like a lightning bold that cracks across the sky, "i should be dead, alongside the one that made me whole, in his arms we'd run off to eternity" but still I toss and turn, tormented by the beast, the one they call ptsd. sleep take me away to the relm of dreams where i can escape the monster tormenting my wakeful mind. Sleep never comes, it's only a fleeting feeling, floating just beyond my grasp. It's another sleepless night, I must put up my best fight to lay these dark memories to rest. Alone in the dark on another sleepless night.

When i was in the ER February 16th 2025, i was being admitted to ICU where i was for 3 weeks, then had to relearn to walk for 3 weeks in another hospital rehab floor, the nurse told me something that made me feel for over 18 months now that i was finally *safe*. She told me that the guy who raped and beat me 21 years ago now almost 20 years at that time, was in prison as of a month before that...

Sometimes, I think I have ODD. I can be oppositional. It seems that the only times that I feel like cleaning are when I should be doing something else or I have to go somewhere. Well, not everytime but most of the time. Yesterday, I was supposed to be doing online training for work but instead, I decided to work on my kitchen table. Most of the time, I don't know where to start and give...

You're not alone. Given how much I recognize from my own experience what you're going through here, I really recommend it. Much support to you.

On the left hand side you can pick one guided mediation or download on your phone and just repeat. The brain only heals when we sleep and meditate so in the morning you feel like you had a good night sleep. There is also the Centre Pointe mediation and they had one specific for sleep. Good luck
I was so tired that I slept the whole session away!
I went home and played it on repeat throughout the night. My grief was so bad that I would go asleep crying, be completely unconscious then suddenly wake up with intense grief
I was exhausted
The CD somehow let me sleep for a number of hours and I became conscious just as she said the word "tranquillity" and in reaction I was filled with peace!!!
I was like wow... Um... Don't think I ever found out what was said on that cd
What I do now for my insomnia is just be v totally okay with it and enjoy myself all night long then sleep during the day
Ack I know right
Terrible behaviour!
