Last week my case manager and Health surrogate had a Video chat. My case manager brought up my therapist during our meeting. My Health surrogate agrees with my case manager.
Last Friday I email them both a list. But what making me sad is that I emailed a few and one response that she is not accepting and one response not until June. She said I can reach back to her. Out of all that I emailed its only one response that might be a possibility but next month

1) This is year 2 of 2020. Mental illness is the latest pandemic and psych pros are in high demand. Of course therapists are harder than ever to find.
2) In my own healing journey, a period of high therapy resistance has preceded more than one of my therapy breakthroughs. Perhaps all of them. It is as though my mental illness was hanging on for dear life and sabotaging my greatest hopes of recovery.
