Fighting dissociation. My girls came back. On the drive my oldest explained that he is moving back. Wants to be walking distance from my home. Dissociation is out of control. I am adjusting to my safe world and don’t want him near me. I still sleep with the bedroom door locked in a secure home when I don’t have my girls with me.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. ***My kids ate chocolate muffins for breakfast at one vacation at the beach...they loved it. Yesterday my daughter lectured me on how it was all cake. (Yes, darling, I know...it was vacation...I let you get away with it.)***
I'm not bad at reading between the lines. If I thought Muffin Man really wanted more time with his kids...my response would be different. I think he's trying to ditch child support. What he doesn't get...is that as expensive as child support is...that it's the deal of the century as far as getting someone else to raise your kids.
Get the notebook...I've known it to save more than one person in court. Good luck.
