Ruby passed away

Yesterday morning my beloved pet cat Ruby passed away. She was struck by a van nearby. I am devastated and don't know how to go on. She was in my arms yesterday morning cuddling me and so happy with a nice warm tummy. Now she is gone and I buried her this morning.     Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
