I have discussed what I call, "Pressure Centers" here before. Forgive my more-handicapped-than-usual memory functions. I cannot remember who, but one of us said a therapist had called them, "?Little Rocks?" If anyone remembers, the memory assist would be greatly appreciated.
Anyhoo. . . It seem to remember that quite a few of us suffer these "Pressure Centers" during episodes. Again, the memory assist would be greatly appreciated. My memory functions seem to be improving, but still a few cans short of a six-pack.
Moving on. . . As usual, the pressure centers have been intense since the start of this flashback series. Two or three months now? Ouch. They hurt. In recent days I have calmed enough to use meditation again. The visualization is of the shapes and locations of those pressure centers and fingers massaging those centers to bleed off the pressure.
Not sure where I am going with this. Thoughts, opines and reality checks welcome.

My favorite part comes at 1:00.
Sorry I couldn't appreciate it today.
My heart is heavy as lead
Because the blues has done spread
Rocks in my bed
Of all the people I see
Why do they pick on poor me
And put rocks in my bed
All night long I weep
So how can I sleep
With rocks in my bed
There's only two kinds of people
I can't understand
There's only two kinds of people
I can't understand
That's a deceitful woman
And a hard faced man
She took my man away
And ain't goin' bring him back
She took my man away
And ain't goin' bring him back
She's lower than a snake down in a wagon track
I got rocks in my bed
I got rocks in my bed
Rocks in my bed
I got rocks in my bed
Under loved, over fed
My man's gone, so instead
I got rocks in my bed
Under loved, over fed
My man's gone, so instead
I got rocks in my bed
Hope that lasts until your speakers start speaking and your ears start earing.
Good lyrics. Love the Duke. I can still hear him in my head. Better rocks in my bed than rocks in my head?
Still got my "guitchi." That would be my latest name for what was, "music therapy" until music therapy came to mean youtube links. "Guitchi" is about combining movements similar to tai chi with the air flows and sonic vibrations from the guitar's sound box. Helps me with my daily inventory.
I sometimes do overtone chanting. Are you familiar?
I have a pretty good percussion collection, including bells. Don't play 'em much, myself, but love having 'em on hand for other folks to bang on. Nothing refined as bowls, though. People throw things at me when I start rubbing the edges of objects to produce sounds. Genius is always misunderstood. . . Egomaniacs, too?
