My heart is so heavy this morning. I was diagnosed with ptsd more than 1.5decades ago and only now am I swallowing that diagnosis. I had no idea....I really thought I should have been fine but it’s sinking in now that that was a lie and I so desperately want a friend. A hug. A real hug not an internet hug. Although your hugs are nice too. I don’t know how you do it just talking on the internet. It’s not for me.
