Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. Not alone, Arfie. My hypergraphia is my voice, my psych doc says my painting/doodling is part of it.
He especially loved my calligraphy. "THAT is graphia worthy of a frame!"
