I should probably do my own research, but I am an engineer, not a psychologist. Thought I'd try asking the people who brought ^it^ to my attention. I hear lots and lots of talk about narcicistic parents and ex'es. Is it the world's most common psych dx or just another pschobabble fashion pronoun?

DSM-5, only require 5 of nine symptoms, but more usually means more Affected, and how it interferes with daily life and relationships. Then there is also a good chance of a co-morbid diagnosis.
