A way to lose me. She seems burned out with me. She said she never quit and I would have to fire her first.
It is like she wants me to get over the past and my self-hate. Cannot help but think she is the one that wants it so bad.
I am hurt and know I could not take losing her, but if she is burned out I will quit therapy and not get anyone else.
I have trust issues with people anyway.

The real question is are you ready to move on from your past and your self-hatred? Both things are tough to give up. They become part of who you are without you even knowing it. The question is- do you want to give them up???? I am working on self-loathing myself so I do understand how hard it is :)
Good luck, I found therapy is the hardest right before big change is to come.
I *graduated* to my current therapy maintenance phase around 2k. There is no cure for the Common Me, but my therapy supporters and I mostly agreed that I had acquired enough tools to maintain my condition without pro support. My being in charge enough to declare, "It's Time" is an important part of that. At least. . . That's my operating theory and I'm sticking to it.
Then we get to The Trust Issues. . . I still have an entire drawer of my toolbox dedicated to tools for dealing with those. There is no cure for the Common Me? Trust still don't come easy.
