I dont know what's wrong with me. For the last few days I have been working nights and I think it triggered me all over again. Every since I was abused four years ago it seems like every aspect of my life has been altered. I used to love helping others and now it seems like my heart isnt in it, that concerns me. I keep pushing people away by my negativity such as my friends I never used to be as negative as I am now. I have friends that are like " what's my issue" or "grow up", or other stuff and that hurts. I dont know what to do. On top of that my weight is bad, and I'm tired of being alone. I used to be happy once or so I thought now I feel like I wont ever be happy again. When I was abused i started thinking I was a bad person or that I was a criminal. I dont know what's going on with me. It's like I dont know me. I used to be scared of causing harm to others now it's like i'm preoccupied with it and it scares me and it's really been bad for the last few days, I just want the thoughts to go away or is it me? I see my casemanager tomorrow so I hope they will help me. what's going on with me, who am I really?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
Inside my own healing journey, taking on too much at once scrambles my brain without mercy. Like throwing a robin's egg in cement mixer. I do believe you could write a book for every sentence in this post, and in Arf World, it is worth the time and effort to do so. To this battered old war horse, it sounds like quite allot is going on with you. More than we are going to sort with a single prescription.
So opineth the Arf. . .
But it is your journey. Yours is the opinion that counts. Gentle support while you find it. Your truth is in there. Be gentle with yourself. You are worth it.

I learned years ago in my 30's that I had the emotions of an abused child, let alone an abused adult. I came to believe that the effects/affects of the abuse done to me would last a lifetime, but my suffering didn't have to. Self-learn all you can and if possible seek counselling/therapy by a professional that specializes in Abuse. Ask your case manager for available resources/referrals. I had received some counselling through a Women's Crisis Center and was given many referrals to groups in the community.
