I was abused all the way around and the after efftects for me is sleeping at night. Once the sun goes down I become more aggatated and high anxiety. There are times that I dont even sllep or having a hard time staying in bed.
Am I alone with this and if not how does anyone else cope?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

An adrenal exhaustion test indicated my cortisol levels are rising at night instead of continuing to lower, as they normally would.
Gabatrol, seriphos and a .5 mg xanax and I actually wake feeling like I slept, even if I wake a couple of times. Without this cocktail? Like parking the car in the garage and doing burnouts all night long - repeated wakings, waking in sweats, completely exhausted when I wake up for the day, which is as early as 1:30 am . . . .

I cope one night at a time. I go camping allot. Lots of quiet hobbies to while away the bewitching hours.
