I got home from work 2 hours later than I was supposed to last night which really threw me off. I was home around 6:30 PM after being at work since 7 AM. I passed out around 9 PM which is very early for me and I had nightmares on and off all night :( the nightmares seem so real and vivid.
Because of my assault years ago, I'm very jumpy and don't respond well to loud noises and people touching me. The new office I work in is so busy and I'm so overstimulated right now. I really hope I can sleep when I get home tonight cuz i have another long day tomorrow :(
