Hi
I am kinda nervous about this blood test. It has been a long journey and I am hoping to walk away in known what is going on with me. Most of my doctor's are puzzle and overwhelmed by my health and to have an answer would be so amazing. I have heard that my health is poor to severity's and length of trauma I endure for the first 29 plus of my life. But in 2019 one doctor said yes but something else is going on. To know would mean a lot to me. It is my body and I feel things that I can or could not explain. Anyways have a great day
I am trying to stay focus but I think after bloood test I wait for two weeks at least that what the doctor says. It will be a very long two weeks

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
Gentle support while you wait it out, Rose. Breathing with you. . .
Thanks for support. Blood test was more scary because of person taken blood. BUT it is all over and now 2 weeks of waiting. It would be good to know what is going on with my system,
Today is a very difficult day for me more than normal BUT I am here and still smiling and has a lot to be thankful for. I have hope that one day I will look back and thank God for the storms etc
I wish I could teach parents what the long term effects when they abused a child. I am praying that I don't have to do surgery at all. But I hope not. I am sad not because of news but because I am recognizing and living the effects of abused on my body and that makes me sad.
