Need help getting through PTSD and other issues
Im currently having PTSD and other issues going on. Im having really bad ptsd at the moment thats causing me to have nightmares and night terrors that are extremely hard to handle. I keep waking up in bad thoughts and its scaring me. I thought for about 5 days I heard raping sounds and some had my namr in the mix of the sound which put me on edge and I ended up having a ptsd breakdown and lost it when I did days later im getting kicked out and got put into a mental hospital im dealing with so much currently im losing it slowly theirs so much that i could add im having trouble with everything and now since I have to move i feel hopeless and lost and I feel like i ca nt call anyone for help afriad people like the police will put me into a mental hospital im just really lost and keep losing control of the world around me almost feel like people set me up and at time hear people that are not their or can not see them so thats another issue going on

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. wow, that's allot to sort! more than this grizzled old war horse can sort in a single sitting. in my own psych herstory, breaking down complex issues into bite-sized pieces helps me get a handle in the situation. tackling too much at once tangles the threads ferociously.

I agree with Arf about the bite size pieces.... Try to break things down to this day or this hour .. this moment what you have to deal with
If you need help with finding housing and you're struggling I would ask your psychiatrist to refer you to a social worker... Housing is a big part of what they do
There is medication that can help with the nightmares... Again your psych can help with that
