No, I do not believe this is off-topic. I believe, and most of my pros have agreed, that it is a symptom of my cPTSD. Especially today. It has been a stressful set of weeks and my digestive tract is beating me pretty hard. Full meals inspire me to vomit. I am doing pretty well at nibbling and believe I holding steady, but. . . Ouch.

My NED looks allot like anorexia. Enough so that I shrinks have put me in anorexia group therapy. I was the only one in the groups who didn't WANT to lose weight. I have never WANTED to lose weight in my entire life. When I watched the Wicked Witch of the West melting in the Wizard of Oz, I felt like somebody finally understood how weight loss feels to me. For sure, it doesn't fit my understanding of anorexia, but nobody seems to have a better name for ^it^.
Anybody else have eating disorders that don't quite fit the clinical definitions?

I, too, started thinking of food as fuel fairly early into my therapy. It helped me to dump the romantic confusion so many attach to it. Are you filling the tank or masturbating? Plus. . . I am an engineer, after all, even though I never did graduate college.
