My first week back at work:
It was loud, especially yesterday.
Someone told me I've put on some pounds and look good. I thanked him, smiled and walked away telling myself "I'd rather be known for my kindness than my body type." No restricting. no purging. I didn't spiral.
I saw some regulars and that felt really good. I'm exhausted though. Really really tired and my asthma has been flaring which sucks and makes me more tired.
Depressing thoughts and thoughts of suicide get to me whenever things slow down and get almost quiet at work, and when life feels normal there. Feeling normal/safe feels really unsafe. Kinda feel like I am waiting for a bomb to go off. Externally or internally idk, maybe both. I'm highly anxious this morning. Meds didn't help. Headed back to work tomorrow. Yikes!

It's hard to take coments about our bodies the way they're intended. My hubby remarked once on my curves and I set out to lose ten pounds. It's hard.
