Still feeling a drive to expand my comfort zone with the psycho____ words. When am I psychotic? More and more I believe that psychosis comes and goes like a virus. When I am going through a flashback, or hyper-vigilance, I am psychotic. I work my way through the psychosis using therapy tools and sometimes drugs. The psychosis eases slowly, like recovering from a flu bug.
Thoughts? Opines? Am I approaching understandable and unoffensive use of the word?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that.
