I have not been feeling well physically and it is getting me down mentally and ER doctors are a crock of shit and because of this I have been having more melt downs--if not twice a day and at least once a day. When I am sick then I have to be kind to myself and not let other people get into my head.
I do not believe people think I know what I am doing or don't think I know how to take care of me. So, they try to put their imput and instead of listening to my gut I listen to others which is stupid.
I do not know what else to say except who is in charge of me--ME and start taking care of me and not to have so many meltdowns so close together.

Hang tough, lady di or I will drown you in platitudes like, "This, too, shall pass."
After freaking out really bad the last time I went to the ER (for a different health problem) and having a record setting anxiety attack, I decided I had previously misunderstood how ERs work. They want to figure out if you are dying. If they think you are they will stabilize or admit you, (given you don't die first) if they don't think you need emergency intervention they do the absolute minimum needed and expect you to go to a non-ER doc to get comprehensive tests run etc. Having figured this out has made me understand that what I wanted from them was just not in their job descriptions.
I urge you to see a non-ER doc if you are having ongoing pain, and that this helps You take care of YOU.
