Today my 4 year old alter cried to my adult daughter fearing she had been raped again. My daughter had to reasure Annie of her adult body and why it was bleeding.. It taumatized Annie with memories which shook her up all day. Hours later and my body is still shaking. I am so glad my daughter was here visiting at this time because every month I would be trumatized and find myself hiding in my closet or cuttting my self. But now Annie finally understands why it keeps happening.

That's good! All Annie needed was a trusted, adult female to explain things to her in a way she could understand. I think Annie had a break through. Now, hopefully, it will get easier and easier each month :) I think she deserves a treat. Maybe going out to see a movie or a cupcake or whatever. You deserve it.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
