Life has been really hard this past year. I'm really feeling down and alone. I can't talk to my family about my depression and anxiety their not very understanding about it. It's really hitting me since my mother passed a few months ago, plus stress from having to eventually move. Also having my niece coming around who suffers bipolar and refuses to take medication for it. Its been...

When i was in the ER February 16th 2025, i was being admitted to ICU where i was for 3 weeks, then had to relearn to walk for 3 weeks in another hospital rehab floor, the nurse told me something that made me feel for over 18 months now that i was finally *safe*. She told me that the guy who raped and beat me 21 years ago now almost 20 years at that time, was in prison as of a month before that...

I believe you. I know this is an awful way to live and I'm very sorry this is happening to you. Are you able to get any type of counseling to help you have some support and an outlet to talk to about these things? Also if you feel you are being gang stalked please look on YouTube if you have access and type in gang stalking because you will find others there who can relate to your experiences... especially when it seems like others don't understand or believe you.
I hope you continue to post here and keep us updated about what's going on. We are here to listen and offer you support.
This is a good board.... I'm glad that you're here..... Big hug.....xo

I had a friend who was stalked. It sucks...but...the best part of it...is that ultimately the stalker is powerless. They've given it their best shot and that's it. If the person was actually going to hurt them...they'd have done it already.
I had a friend who was a carpenter. I "thought" my house was locked up...then Russ got in in less than 30 seconds. Since then, I hardly ever lock my doors. Eleven years since I've been divorced, and 11 years with my doors wide open.
Most of the world...doesn't even HAVE locks.
Yet most of the world is safe.
Why? Because basically people are good. The most important person to learn to trust...is yourself.
