Maybe I'm not that paranoid?

Okay, in March, I marched in the St. Patrick's parade. The owner of a German restaurant approached me and acted very very friendly, saying he needed dancers for Oompah. I was excited about it and said yes. He didn't know me and hadn't seen me dance.
When I called the number on the card, he suddenly seemed curt and cold. He'd already found dancers, but it was okay if I attended if I was just a member of the public.
He called me back immediately and was apologizing after I was very polite to him. I still thought the whole thing seemed weird.
Today, I looked back at the dance studio where I was assaulted web site for the first time in months. There are several videos of of my ex dance teacher dancing in the German restaurant. Oh, and my ex- dance teacher is being heavily heavily promoted by his studio.

Welcome to the Perseid meteor showers, the "biggies" usually every year. (The Leonids beat 'em one year IMHO).AND today much of the northern hemisphere will see 5 to 99% solar eclipse. How cool is that? Your best bet is to be in the UK or norhtern Spain, where totality is excellent before sundown. Me, I'll get a super duper tiny itty bitty slice of it, so little that it won't be noticeable. New...

Stay safe because you matter!
I guess I was thinking about it because I visited another ballroom with my dance group last week. The owner seemed a bit chilly greeting me at the door.
But I need to move on. But I still live in the same city and still want to take dance lessons. But is the judgemental, arrogant dance studio going to find ways to hold my humiliation over my head is the question. (My ex-dance teacher kicked me in the vagina and clitoris from behind last August. It was unprovoked, but in retaliation for me making him uncomfortable by hyperventilating during a dance class three months prior. ) so, I have to accept being kicked out of his class, being assaulted and publicly humiliated, being rejected and seemingly condemned by an entire dance studio and I'm also out the money and time I spent there. Maybe I was stupid to go back to the dance parties because I felt grateful that he hugged me when I was shaking during a PTSD episode. I feel raped and it's all because I was stupid and trusting.
I am studiously ignorant of the pro-dance world, but ya got me wondering. . .
