I'm coughing up green, thick, cruddy stuff. JUST what I needed...NOT! I need to go get a job, not sit around being sick.
I have over a week's worth of antibiotics that might put a dent in the lung crud, will take until I am out.
Right now? Going to work out, see if I can kick some crud out. Then go to a support group. I have a job to call about later.
Anybody sick or have some other crap they need to whine about?
The waaaaaambulance has arrived!

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
Pulmonary pastry.
Bronchial biscuit.
Ugh.
Yuck.
I'm sorry, Blue.
Had to get scoped, again, by the ENT, last week. Agrees: chronic infection and inflammation, but not worth the risk to Rx me abx, so ... even more aggressive irrigation.
On my way to the 2nd opinion cardiologist, this morning. It's looking like heart surgery is a virtual inevitability, but ... in a valiant last-ditch effort ... I'm going to ask him WHY I'm having these heart issues.
But 'Western Medicine' doesn't tend to think that way.
I'd take the longest, hottest showers you can tolerate, in the vain hopes of loosening that stuff. Some people also have good luck with guaifenesin to help eliminate it.
Either way ... I hope you're feeling better soon !
David, ditto.
Yuck.
I am clearing sinuses of the Mama Drama clean-up crud-fest. Not a color known to Nature.
Is that the world's smallest violin, playing, "Pobrecita Yo (Poor me)?"

blue, one of my self-medication habits until 10 years ago was cigarette smoking. 2 packs a day. It made me susceptible all the time to the kind of lung crud you're talking about. Chronic bronchitis, taking antibiotics a lot. I got walking pneumonia, and even got pleurisy once. That hurt every time I breathed.
So I do know how your lung crud really sucks right now. Whine away, my friend.
