Isolation Fantasy - OT?

Appreciation sure is coming hard for me this morning. When I find a flower to appreciate, a bird flies over and makes a special delivery of fertilizer. On my favorite comfort shirt? Really?

Poor, poor pitiful me. . .

Think I'll try appreciating a mellow escape fantasy. Caves are among my personal favorite escape fantasies. I find myself wandering into my mud caves. The ones lit by phosphorescent tree roots. I believe I have described them here before. Min's World?

I am sinking into the warmest of my mud baths and letting the thick, smooth, cushiony fluids embrace me in their soothing comfort. Ah. . . Take my stress into your gentle hug, Sweet Mother Earth.

Anybody else got a dose of Isolation Fantasy to appreciate?

Bird pooh in the mud caves and bird pooh on my favorite comfort shirt on an already bad day are two different subjects. That's the bestest part of my mud caves. They help me get my priorities straight. Everything washes off in the mud caves. What the mud doesn't pull out, the mineral baths, the creek or the waterfall will wash out.

Seeing flowers would make me happy, I forgotten what they looks like, here it is cold grey and white..everyday. Please send the birds back up north :). Even they are super smart and leave the cold

It's a nummy 70F all day every day in the mud caves. Geothermal conditioning rocks!!! The air temperature never varies.

I'll try to shoo the birds back north for you, Run2, but. . . Birds are not the most trainable critters in nature. I think they are too smart to listen to me.

maybe pop over : ) there seem to be mostly tropical birds round here, and they are sort of like terriers are to dogs, in the bird world - stubborn, w/loads of personality. real smart..., won't do anything unless they believe they thought of it first.

they are lovely and don't do the pooh flanging ;) there's so many flowers, can't believe it - don't even know what most of them are.

One of those birds is Quetzalcoatl. She/he/it is one of a kind and has no mate. Trust Q. to keep those terrier birds in line while they flaunt all that intelligent personality.
