We have the cultural extremes being bantered about in the forum. I feel left out... I don't fit well into either masculine or feminine stereotypes and find both boring beyond endurance. It be my sincerest belief that both of those cultural lines attempt to assign reproductive rigidity on personality traits. Soft, hard. Aggressive, passive. Nurturing, providing. etc., etc. I hold these are personality traits and have nothing to do with reproductive equipment.
If we must - and it do seem we must - draw these cultural lines, I vote for a broader line for weirdos like me to walk. I propose the Intregaline. It bee the line where we get to yawn with meaningful boredom when the extremists begin their attempts to define humanity 50% at a time. We get to be ourselves, regardless of the role we play in childbirth.
Just a thought.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
One thing for sure: this discussion was never meant to turn into, "More reasons to feel bad about ourselves". None of us is looking to fit a stereotype or expecting that of anyone else. All shapes and sizes welcome!
( dude, where's my pronoun?)
I get mistaken for a guy often-ish.
As I listen to the ever so popular gender debates, I often think of comfy IDs for the folks in between. In my personal count, that is the world majority. "Integriline" holds the identifying "___ine" of the traditional genderifics and perhaps the connotation that I integrate my entire personality by my own convenience and/or I have the integrity to stay true to myself, whatever the fashion of the season.
The way my brain works, I don't register how people look as important and this means I have to make a conscious effort to look at people and later recognize them, which is hard. I almost never look at myself in mirrors either. I have mild prosopagnosia.
Most things people do seem irrational to me.
It's depressing.
