i dont know myself anymore. Whats wrong with me? I try to be smart, I try to be strong. I try so hard to be prefect for my brothers and sister but more mostly my adopted dad. All i do is ruin everything. I know this is just probably more drama for everyone to hear. (I'm sorry if that is so) well let me just start from the beggining.
about almost 3 weeks ago my dad put me on birth control for my hormones and help more of my mood swings but it did the total oppisit. i been on my menstrual cycle for almost 3 weeks its horrorible. I been getting so angry at the littlest things. im so touchy and overwelmed. My moods and emotions are all over the place. Im having a hard time remembering things that just happened. i try to to use my coping skills but all that just makes it all worst. so now today i refused to take any of my medicine now all i feel is sad. the stupidest part is no one even listens to me. it tell them how i feel, they all say get over it, your fine, or they memic me, or just plain out ignore me. its killing me. no one listen. no one real sees the pain. no one hears me cry or scream. i get yelled for the littlest thing like eating or reading ect... this morning i was about to take the hole bottle of Benadryl and see if anyone would notice but instead i decided to scrach up my arm... i think im going crazy...

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
I would talk it over with the doctor who wrote the prescription.
Then again, you could just be trying too hard. Trying too hard can turn me into a moron. Anything worth doing is worth over-doing. There's nothing I can't screw up by trying to hard.
