I've been more triggered lately (RANT)

Well many things happened in the last 4 to 5 years. Only a couple of them gave me PTSD but those couple things have been causing me problems lately. I was sexually, physically, and mentally abused for 4 years by my ex. During that time my grandpa (who i was very close with) was diagnosed with 6 different types of cancer but suddenly died of a heart attack. So i've been in the recovering process for at least a year now. So it's the usual stuff i've had to deal with before except i'm having trouble sleeping at night again and i'm having problems going to my dads house. My dad and his girlfriend are not the problem it's the house. My grandpa died in October 2012 and he was my dad's father. I lived with my dad off and on when i was in that nightmare of a so called "relationship" and during this whole thing with my grandpa so it could be that causing me anxiety. It's just very hard for me to desensitize because when my anxiety acts up my body gets tense and that causes my fibromyalgia to hurt even worse. I know recovery is hard but it's even harder when it keeps you away from your family who you love with all your heart.

The air felt wrong. The sky was getting a color to the west. Been there, lived that, time to hide.No funnel touched down but the radar indicated rotation, and boy was it visible from the ground. Different...
