Anxiety has been eating me from the inside out today. I am still trying to kick the hate habit, but. . . What's to love about anxiety? To my senses, it feels like trillions of little bugs on stinging rage through my bloodstream. My own theraputed logic is to resist analyzing my anxiety while in the grips of anxiety. My logical processes do not work especially well while I am anxious. I am currently working to *simply* ride out the anxiety with the help of my therapy toolboxes. I'll do my analyzing later, after the anxiety passes. I hope. Works in progress. Anxiety also pushes my worry button. Hard to quiet those rampaging thought loops under the influence of anxiety. . . Zoom zoom. . .
One of the tools in my therapy box is hugs. Lots and lots of hugs. Physical hugs are better, but I am on the road and away from my established support network. I may try to find a local support group for tomorrow. For now. . . Cyber hugs work a close second.
Got hugs?

I am back on the road again but for me it has released me from the crushing anxiety and depression I was experiencing. So great to see the Milky Way again. But lonely but my dog pepper helps a lot.
When you look up at that beautiful night sky and listen to the silence just remember I saw it first in the land of Oz and I hope you feel the connection we all have. Take care my friend x

I read the books of Dr. David Hawkins who himself was suffering for more than 20 years... and his doctor friends could not help him. Until he started using the words "Holy Spirit, please take these emotions now away from me, I surrender them all to you now..." --- within 5 minutes, he felt peace. It is worth trying... for me, it works. One day at a time.
best wishes, Jane
