My wife seems to be more upset than helpfull since my doctor helped me to remember the mollestation that took place when i was 13.She also seemes to be comparing me with her clients by saying that they alll claim to have PTSD and ill probably claim im bi-polar also. She also thinks that i might meet another woman like my older brother who left his wife of 28yrs after he met his new love on a spiritual poetrey web.She also critisizes my short term loss of memories wich seems to be getting worse and untreatable as Hep-C progresses in my body. Ive quit trying to discuss my support or anything that relates with what im expierencing or learning about my illness's or recolections of my past.Weve been in seperate bedrooms since my wife had knee replacement in january.Last night i couldnt quit crying after watching the movie about the lead singer of the JoyLuck Club who committed suicide because of his marriage disolving and not being able to control his seizures.I really for the first time i related with him looking at the medicines in the cabinet for his seizures and not wanting to take them.I told myself that he didnt even have half of the problems that im dealing with and have more of a right to commit suicide then he did. I feel like i just want to call it quits and get out of this pain and all my problems.Theres more than i can handle this time. Please let me go

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Try very hard to keep your dark thoughts away.
When a professional steps into the door of the home, they take off the professional hat, put on the partner hat.
No if, and, or but about this boundary.
As a partner, support of the partner is positive, and yes, sometimes, it means keeping your opinion silent.
I'm aware of people like your wife who think the rules set up to keep this kind of situation from spiraling into crisis mode are not necessary.
For you, knowing now that the best support you can get from your wife is a professional one, it is time to keep her out of the loop.
Don't say anything about the change you are making for your well-being, just keep track of what works best for you.
Best wishes on healing and I agree, if inpatient treatment would give you a better foundation to change your pattern of behavior and action, go for it.
