Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

You did not ask for ocd, and yet you've succeeded and lived a life you can be proud of despite facing the obsessive behaviors/emotions which are daily in your life, beyond your power to control at this time.
I can only offer to you a wish of compassion towards yourself. I hope there will be a way through medication, therapy and the people in your life and on DS who will bring you strength.
After an 8 year span of running a business of my own, I have often wondered if it is possible to start a business without the help of at least some OCD. It takes a very high level of focused attention to get a business going and even more to keep it going. Just wondering, alongside quite a few of my entrepreneurial cohorts. Dunno. . . The greater certainty is that the combined pressures of business, parenthood and marriage aggravated my PTSD symptoms to crisis level.
Welcome to DS, Neve. Hope you find healing companionship here.
