Having a tough night

Im having a tough night, my pains pretty high physically & the pain in my heart is pretty heavy as well

I am sorry to hear that you are having a tough time. I know how that is and night time just seems like the pain seems worse at night. I have been having a difficult time with my sleep lately due to anxiety and I know that the nights can seem very long and lonely!! I hope that things start taking a turn for the better for you soon!!!

hugs, lilmiss. i know that heart pain that comes out of nowhere and it is so hard to cope with, especially when the physical pain is more that you can deal with already, much empathy, much understanding and loads of gentle hugs
