Good day all,
For the first time ever (as far as I can remember) I am feeling anxiety free today. I suppose it could be contributed to the recent medication I started.
It feels so strange! I feel like I don't know what to do with myself. Is it crazy to think I miss the anxiety?!?

I must say though, I never did miss it. I wonder if what you are feeling is 'missing the familiar' and not actually the anxiety.
I am glad you are having a good day. The more you get out of the anxiety days the more comfortable it will feel. Go slow and rest a lot so you do not wear yourself out.
Enjoy!! Congrats on walking through the door to see what is on the other side

OK, that almost made sense, LOL.

A change -whatever the judicial summary of the change- in the system produces a whole new equation which must be re-worked from scratch, old habits which are now counter-productive and a new system which must be learned.
The good news is that learning can be fun. Gentle support as you tackle the learning curve.
