Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

I am thankful for all the wonderful people in this group
I am thankful I am finally settling down a little tonight
Thankful for strength when I am in most need
+ Somehow managing to navigate the School of Psychology's "Choose Papers to fulfil the requirements for your Post Grad in Psychology" maze... omg, the timetable, block course, and exam clashes... are they running some kind of awful psych experiment on their students!!! LOL Maybe it's a screening test... PTSD be quiet, I'm busy CELEBRATING here...
+ Awesome role models... Muji (walking the talk!), Nigel Latta (Beyond the Darklands...and more (http://www.goldfishwisdom.org/), Albert Bandura (especially for his work on PTSD & self-efficacy), John Locke (the lay psychologist who discouraged parents from beating their children)... I'm sure that list will grow with time!
+ For practising whatever doesn't kill me... makes me stronger! I'd prefer not to have any further lessons on that... pretty please, with a cherry on top (No harm asking... it is Christmas after all, lol) Hmmmm! I'm pretty sure I have the idea pretty solid now! : )
Today I'm grateful for a peaceful Christmas

+ Ears aren't ringing too badly! The concert was LOUD but apart from one band not uncomfortably loud...
+ Hubby & I had a very good time... we even danced for most of the concert!
+ Managed to last the entire NINE hours... and only disliked one band... not really their fault... the venue acoustics weren't perfect and the sound engineers seemed to have little feel for the front of house mix... not sure what they were watching on their consoles... but yeah when most of the audience LEFT for a break during a particular set... would've been a sharp clue that the mix was off... lots of competition between that particular drummer's snare and the vocalist... heaps of mud... also quite a bit of wash... didn't help the snare volume was set painfully loud... grizzle, grizzle... and that really is saying something coming from a drum FANATIC... lol
He's doing well. Just wanted for me to know he's taking his meds, taking more classes, doing ok. It was nice to see, and nice that he wanted to share it with me. While I was listening to him I was thinking about how much DS PTSD helps me with my stuff so I could listen to his. It made me thankful for DS PTSD again.
Bless Hank! Not every big dog can cope with little alien beings... : )
