Two weeks ago, when i saw my therapist,i had a panic attack, and was a sobbing mess..
Yesterday, other than visible signs ( wringing my heands, etc ) of anxiety, i was calm...but no,past calm.A little dissociated, felt kind of far away from him.
It was still a helpful session, but i needed and need my tears back...what is this?
Am i just a freak?

Triggers of trauma when I was tortured by a military patrol hit me while I listened to a sermon on social justice by a minister at church Sunday. After church trying to make small talk with the minister after his sermon, suddenly I began to sob. It was embarrassing, but given the topic of the sermon it was understandable. Fortunately another parishioner there who saw it told me so.
No, you're not a freak. Much support to you.
