Just send good thoughts, vibes, prayers my way. I'm not in a good spot. I've been on a non-stop morphine, Ativan and vodka bender the past couple of days. I'm really not okay, and I'm trying my hardest to hang on and stay positive. This is basically a cry for (non-institutionalized) help.

My day...today...misplaced my debit card...didn't realize it until I got to the register after shopping to a full cart.
